- Oversee Booster Club operations and finances
- Liaison between Coaching Staff and Parents
- Organize and conduct Booster Parent Meetings
- Oversee bookkeeping and execute accounts payable
Vice Presidents/Ways & Means Michele Kordonsky
- Oversee Fundraising & Activities Committees
- Contact Chairpersons and define specific fundraising duties to Chair
- Assist Chairs with securing Volunteers, and as needed, help with fundraisers
- Ensure final report of revenue and expense is turned in by Chair
Treasurer Marina Trachy
- Maintain excel spreadsheet documenting receivables
- Make bank deposits
- Work with Booster President to establish an annual budget
- Oversee payment deadlines and collect funds
- Assist Booster President with club finances and operation as needed
Secretary Leticia Fletcher
- Record minutes of Booster Meetings
- Create Roster and distribute to Booster Members
- Maintain database and mailing lists
- Coordinate competitions with Coaching Staff: Team Registration, Travel
