  • Oversee Booster Club operations and finances
  • Liaison between Coaching Staff and Parents
  • Organize and conduct Booster Parent Meetings
  • Oversee bookkeeping and execute accounts payable

Co-Vice Presidents/Ways & Means
Julie Jones & Marina Trachy
  • Oversee Fundraising & Activities Committees
  • Contact Chairpersons and define specific fundraising duties to Chair
  • Assist Chairs with securing Volunteers, and as needed, help with fundraisers
  • Ensure final report of revenue and expense is turned in by Chair

Treasurer
Bev Henretty
  • Maintain excel spreadsheet documenting receivables
  • Make bank deposits
  • Work with Booster President to establish an annual budget
  • Oversee payment deadlines and collect funds
  • Assist Booster President with club finances and operation as needed

Secretary
Michele Kordonsky
  • Record minutes of Booster Meetings
  • Create Roster and distribute to Booster Members
  • Maintain database and mailing lists
  • Coordinate competitions with Coaching Staff: Team Registration, Travel
    Arrangements (if necessary), Collection of associated fees
